Colors

Color replication may vary.  The actual garment color may be slightly different than it appears on your monitor.
T-shirts and sweatshirts may vary in color due to the weight of the material.

Shipping Time

Garments are dyed to order, requiring 3-5 business days. A 3 dozen minimum is required for each color.
If your order is less than 3 dozen, orders will be held until the 3 dozen minimum is reached.
Most orders are shipped within 1 week of being placed. We will notify you if items you ordered are out-of-stock. 
We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped regular UPS ground. 
Expedited shipping is available upon request.

Shipping charges are actual cost.
After your order is packed & weighed, an email with the shipping charges will be sent to you.
Shipping charges can be paid online with paypal or by phone.
Your order will be sent after shipping is paid.

Returns

There are no restocking fees. Altered garments are not returnable.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns must be authorized by Avalon Apparel Inc. and must have an return authorization number.
Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be sent Freight Pre-Paid.

Cancellations

Order cancellation can only be made before shipment. 
Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
