The colors I see on my monitor are different from the swatch card you sent. What gives?
When garment dyeing, colors can vary in more than one way. First, the color represented on a computer screen will not exactly match the swatch card because your monitor uses backlighting to display a color. A fabric swatch that you can hold in your hand provides visible color from light reflected off of the fabric. Fabric content can play a role as well. For instance, a 100% cotton T-shirt may soak up more dye than an 80/20 Blend Hoody, therefore causing the T-shirt to appear slightly darker.
Why does the “red” (or green, or pink, or navy….etc) look different on the t-shirt than it does on another garment on your website?
While every effort has been made to accurately portray a color within reasonable tolerances, there is no way to exactly match a color on the screen. Color replication varies greatly from one computer monitor to another, so what looks “Green” to you may look more likes “Cactus” on someone else’s screen. For the most accurate color representation, call us to order a fabric swatch card.
How long does it take to ship my product after I place my order?
All garments are dyed to order, requiring 5-10 business days to complete. Most orders ship within 3-5 days of payment approval. Orders of less than 3 dozen will be held until the 3 dozen minimum is met, per color. We will notify you if items you ordered are out of stock. We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept domestic Visa and MasterCard. (Cards issued outside of the USA are not accepted) Credit card orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. We also accept money orders and cashier’s checks. Checks are accepted from approved accounts. (Merchandise will be shipped after check clears, no COD)

What is your return policy?
All claims must be made within 7 business days. Altered garments are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. All returns must be authorized by Avalon Apparel. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained from Avalon Apparel before merchandise may be returned. Returned items must be sent freight Pre-paid.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment. Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
